Provisioner
We are currently looking for highly motivated individual to work in our provisioning department. Job responsibilities include, online submission of purchase orders to Verizon and other wholesale carriers, and coordination of data installations such as ISDN, Integrated T-1s and DSL. Qualified candidates must have prior experience in the telecommunications industry, working knowledge of Verizon webGUI interface and be able to work in a team environment.

Enthusiastic team player needed for key support position.
You will work closely with our external and internal sales teams to assist in growing and maintaining our base of satisfied customers. You will provide both pre- and post-sales support including qualifying prospects, proposal generation, and reviewing, submitting and tracking of all new sales orders. Other daily expectations include handling and resolving a wide variety of sales and/or customer issues in a positive and professional manner.
You must possess a sincere customer first attitude, the ability to multi-task and to remain calm and effective under pressure. Strong telecommunications background and excellent interpersonal, communication and PC (specifically Microsoft Excel) skills a must.
