| Line Systems received nominations for the 2007 Members Choice Awards from Telecomm Association, a group of independent telecommunications sales agents. LSI was listed in two categories: Carrier/Reseller and Local/CLEC/RBOC. Voting ended 2/7/07 and the winners were announced on 3/4/07 at the opening of the Channel Partners Expo in Las Vegas. - LSI signs a Wholesale Advantage Verizon DSL and Voice Mail Agreement

| This agreement allows LSI the opportunity to supply Verizon voice mail and Verizon DSL services to our wholesale clients. The addendum further expands our current product portfolio. Future tabled offers include inside wiring via Verizon service technicians (installs and repairs), which we hope to have available to our customer base in the 2nd quarter of 2007. |

- LSI becomes an executive member in the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce

| In August of 2007, LSI renewed its executive level membership in this organization dedicated to building the economy of the Greater Philadelphia commercial area. Through coordinated marketing, information exchanges, and other cooperative measures, the Chamber is the area's number one destination for companies looking to expand and succeed. |

- LSI joins Chamber of Commerce of Greater West Chester, Pennsylvania

| Beginning in July of 2006, LSI became a member of the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce. LSI's goals in associating itself with such an organization mirror those described earlier when addressing the Philadelphia Chamber. In joining the GWCC, LSI hopes to make an immediate local impact on the neighboring businss community and citizenry. We plan to utilize our strong team mentality to positively contribute to those around us in 2006/2007. |

- New Corporate Headquarters

| LSI completed construction on a brand new 20,000 square foot Class A office space in West Chester, Pennsylvania in August 2006. This space currently serves as our corporate headquarters and will be at the core of expected future expansion within our coverage footprint. |

- Telecom Association's Spring 2006 Survey

| The Telecom Association is a group of 2,300 independent sales agents who specialize in selling and servicing voice and data products. The group released their Members Choice Awards for Spring 2006 and Line Systems, Inc. was named to the honor roll of preferred carrier/resellers to do business with. Our goal is to continue to provide the resources, technology and back-end support necessary to maintain this distinction in the future. |

| LSI has concluded its annual canned food collection with the assistance of our end user City Team Ministries. We thank our friends and partners in the community who joined LSI in our mission to feed the homeless and under-privileged in the Greater Philadelphia Area. We are already looking forward to starting anew in 2009! |

| We have concluded our annual clothing drive, working with the Purple Heart again this summer to collect clothing items for those in need. Our drive began 04/16/2007 and completed 06/21/2007. This year with the support and generosity of our staff as well as the local business community we collected over 100 bags of donated materials for those in need. We thank everyone involved for making this year's clothing drive a resounding success. |
